Mark Dola counsels corporations, financial institutions, and nonprofit organizations on various regulatory, corporate, international, and finance issues and transactions. He has extensive experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, international transactions, and bank lending facilities, including credit agreements and letters of credit-based financings, securitizations, hedging arrangements, and other complex commercial transactions. His work is highly customized and structured to achieve each client’s goals and objectives.

Experience

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mark served in the U.S. Navy for over seventeen years, primarily as a helicopter pilot. He retired as a Commander in 2001.
